Q: How fast will I get my calendars?
A: Calendars usually ship within seven business days. Expedited shipping may be available-- please call 1-866-PETER-02 for details.
Q: Do I get a proof?
A: You will immediately proof your design on our website, after you have designed your calendar, by clicking the “PDF Preview...” button. Please proof your own work carefully. It is easy to type in a bad address or phone number – trust us!
Q: What is the minimum order size?
A: For magnetic calendars & desk calendars the minimum order size is 100, pop-up desk calendars have a minimum of 250, jumbo wall calendars have a minimum of 500, and photo wall calendars have a minimum order of 300.
Q: How do I use a logo or photo on my calendar?
A: The design software will lead you to where you can choose to attach a photograph or logo on your calendar. Click the "Upload" button and select the image file on your computer. Your logos and photos may be saved in the Library of your profile for easy reference and convenience when ordering through PeterthePrinter.net.
Q: What resolution and graphic format is best for uploading artwork?
A: For the best results, have your artwork at 300 dpi to be uploaded. Higher resolutions provide crisper clearer images for your calendar. The file must also be in the following formats: PDF, TIFF, or JPEG.
Q: Can I split up a single order with different designs?
A: No, a single order has one design; to print multiple designs you will have to place additional orders. We need to make a new plate and set up the press for each batch of calendars.
Q: What’s your guarantee?
A: Our guarantee is 100% Customer Satisfaction, or your money back. We are not, however, responsible for typographical errors.
Q: Do you accept checks/money orders/purchase orders?
A: Major credit and debit cards and PayPal are the only valid forms of payment.
Q: Do I get a receipt or invoice?
A: Yes, your receipt and invoice are located under the details section of each specific order in the “Orders” tab. You will receive an email notification as well.
Q: How do I change my shipping?
A: Once your order has been placed, and the shipping selected on the website cannot be changed. Call us at 866-PETER-02 (866-738-3702) and we will see what we can do.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to anywhere in the Continental US and Canada.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: You may be able to cancel an order after an order is placed and entered, but there is a minimum cancellation fee. Full rates apply if an order has already been printed. Call us at 866-PETER-02 (866-738-3702) immediately.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: If you forgot your password, click on “Login” and choose the “Forgot your password” box. Please enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password, via email. You can always change your password again by going to “My Profile”
